I appreciated how they took special care to ensure my pup felt comfortable; they even let him play for a bit before starting the grooming process! When I returned, my golden looked fantastic! His coat was shiny, and he smelled amazing. They even gave me some tips on maintaining his fur between visits, which I found really helpful.
